Just back from a great week at another of Mikes places...our 1st but not last visit to this one..Everythink you need for a Holiday in the sun....we took advantage of the Late Checkout till 6pm which was a godsend as our flight was at 10pm...Folks just book one of these appts you wont be disappointed

Playmon Twin Suite, has everything you need and more you want for a fantastic stay in Benidorm. The apartment has a balcony that gets the sun even in the winter. Mike and his family are excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you again Mike for a fantastic stay.

Compact flat. Made great use of the space available. Central uphill location - quiet block. Secure entry. Free WiFi. Mini safe. Nice balcony, comfortably seats two. Expanding area for laundry. Lovely wee dining table and chairs in living area. Functional kitchen with fridge and one drawer freezer, full size microwave, two ring cooker, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Full set of pots, etc. Everything you would need if self catering. Loved the shower - upper spray for full body plus a separate mid-spray if you want to keep your hair dry. Vented door entry was very handy to help create a through-draft with opened balcony doors. Air con cooled the living and sleeping areas down very quickly. Decent sized wall mounted TV. Comfy chairs in living area. Two single beds. Good mattresses. Comfy, supportive pillows. Ten minutes walk to Levante Beach. Handy cafe just off-site, used by locals. Decent local Supermarket a few yards along. Mike kept in contact throughout the booking process and was available via WhatsApp. Only downside (for me) was the pool had been drained, which is out of the letting agencys control, but I was disappointed as it was hot!
