The Playamar II is a luxury three bedroom flat is superbly situated central to lots of bars and restaurants in the beautiful cosmopolitan town of Albir. Restaurants within easy walking distance include Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Mexican, Indian, Belgian, British, you name it, it's there!
The flat itself is fully furnished to a high standard and fully equipped for 6 adults with one double and two twin bedrooms. Being on the top floor of 4 stories, it commands wonderful views of the beach and mountains and the small complex has its own private pool. The kitchen has a Hob, Full Oven, Microwave and Fridge Freezer - all electric, so no need for gas bottles. UK television and WiFi are available at no extra charge. All bed linen, towels, and tea-towels are provided with a laundry service for stays over 10 nights. A perfect holiday destination no matter what time of the year!

For the second time in this lovely spacious apartment. Everything is there for a wonderful stay. The apartment is centrally located - within walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants. In the street there are several taxi ranks and the bus to Benidorm or Altea is also in the street. Host Mike is friendly, responds quickly and is always available.
We often go to this area with the camper but if possible we would like to go to this apartment again!

Just arrived home from staying at the playmar II apartments we have been staying at playmar for years now & usually for a month unless the dates we want are booked , the best views in Albir apartment is so spacious & well run & central to everything

We stayed in the fabulous Playamar II apartments in Albir during October 2024.We normally stay in 5 star hotels across the globe, so an apartment was quite different for us. And we were very pleasantly surprised.
There are a few stages to any booking process and a stay in accommodation and Benidorm Lettings passed them all with flying colours. First of all the booking process. I do not think that I have come across a more professional agent than Mike. Emails, texts etc are all answered within half an hour. You get your answers, your documentation , all that you need. Then the arrival, wow what can I say?! Again outstanding, Mike was on time to meet with us and he provided us with a wonderful arrival pack. What a nice touch!. It really makes all the difference.
Then the apartment. It was spacious, looked exactly as on the video on line, and it was spotlessly clean.
The balcony is just great. the sunrises and the sunsets.....I have no words.
Needless to say that we have booked again for next year.
It is great and rare to deal with somebody that is so professional and that sells a great product.
Well done Benidorm lettings.
Looking forward to many more stays.

This is our second time in this apartment and have already booked again. Very spacious rooms with wonderful views from the balcony. It has modern furnishings, British tv and air conditioning in all rooms which was a must for the hot weather. It also has heating for the winter months. Lovely welcome pack. Thanks Mike

We have just returned from our 2nd visit to this apartment this has to be the best apartment we have stayed in in Albir. It is central to the beach and great bars and restaurants and the view is amazing . Apartment is very clean and spacious and has everything you could need - definitely worth a visit!

This is our fourth visit to Playmar, we were over the moon to stay here again especially after covid changes. The apartment is lovely positioned perfectly to access the beach, consum supermarket and of course the gorgeous promenade. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Albir, facilities are great and are ideal for a family or a group of friends like we did. Mike is fantastic, he met us at the apartment having called him from our private taxi. Highly recommended via booking.com. Any questions you have Mike solves them straight away. Cant recommend it enough. Once again our deposit minus the electric charges was returned to me within a day of returning home - brilliant thanks again.

From first enquiring about the apartment, Mike has communicated quickly and efficiently, providing all the information we could possibly ask for, even suggesting a late check out for a small charge when he noticed the late time of our return flights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented, exactly as seen in the pictures. The welcome pack was a lovely touch - the PG tips went down so well with my partner, as did the wine with us both. Thank you! From landing in Alicante, getting the hire car and meeting Clive at the apartment to get the keys and a tour all within 2 hours meant we got off to a great start for our holiday. There were a couple of minor snags that the guys dealt with immediately - on the end of the phone or a text away, we couldn’t ask for better service. I can not recommend this team highly enough, and suffice to say, when we return to this area we will definitely be booking one of their properties. I have had my fair share of holidays, and this was by far the easiest to organise, so very enjoyable, and to be able to honestly write such a glowing review is a pleasure!

Mike was so helpfull with every aspect of our booking ! Even though we were traveling by boat my son was traveling by air mike rang me sounding worried because my son did not arrive at the time we thought ! We quickly sorted it and mike was there in no time to hand over the keys. Nice of him to do that because noone else would have bothered. The apartment was exceptional spotlessly clean fantastic location with beautiful view. All fully air condioned in all rooms. Perfectly positioned for busses, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. One small criticism the pool - but the sea is about 100 yards if that. We arrived and there was a lovely welcome pack. Thanks mike superb service. Lynda johnson

Second time we have stayed at Playa Mar 2. Ideally located in the heart of the Albir town. So close to the beach, bars and restaurants, just a short walk from Consum supermarket. There is even a small shop next door to the estate agents. We had a party of six females for a special birthday party, that apartment is ideal for up to six guests, we did not use the swimming pool this time as it was a tad too cold to use yet-but is lovely. The apartment has two bathrooms, the double room has an en-suite which is ideal. There is a six seater dining table and chair but also has a massive covered balcony with amazing views of the beach and sunsets. We have flown home today and the deposit - minus the electric costs, are already refunded into our bank account - thank you Mike we will be back again. Sheran and Pat

Thanks Mike for the use of Playamar ll again. We had a relaxing week, the improvements to the balcony windows makes the view even better than before. The hand over was smooth as usual and as promised you contacted me the day after we returned to the UK with the bond refund. See you next year.
