The Playamar II is a luxury three bedroom flat is superbly situated central to lots of bars and restaurants in the beautiful cosmopolitan town of Albir. Restaurants within easy walking distance include Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Mexican, Indian, Belgian, British, you name it, it's there!
The flat itself is fully furnished to a high standard and fully equipped for 6 adults with one double and two twin bedrooms. Being on the top floor of 4 stories, it commands wonderful views of the beach and mountains and the small complex has its own private pool. The kitchen has a Hob, Full Oven, Microwave and Fridge Freezer - all electric, so no need for gas bottles. UK television and WiFi are available at no extra charge. All bed linen, towels, and tea-towels are provided with a laundry service for stays over 10 nights. A perfect holiday destination no matter what time of the year!

This is our second time in this apartment and have already booked again. Very spacious rooms with wonderful views from the balcony. It has modern furnishings, British tv and air conditioning in all rooms which was a must for the hot weather. It also has heating for the winter months. Lovely welcome pack. Thanks Mike

We have just returned from our 2nd visit to this apartment this has to be the best apartment we have stayed in in Albir. It is central to the beach and great bars and restaurants and the view is amazing . Apartment is very clean and spacious and has everything you could need - definitely worth a visit!

This is our fourth visit to Playmar, we were over the moon to stay here again especially after covid changes. The apartment is lovely positioned perfectly to access the beach, consum supermarket and of course the gorgeous promenade. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Albir, facilities are great and are ideal for a family or a group of friends like we did. Mike is fantastic, he met us at the apartment having called him from our private taxi. Highly recommended via booking.com. Any questions you have Mike solves them straight away. Cant recommend it enough. Once again our deposit minus the electric charges was returned to me within a day of returning home - brilliant thanks again.

From first enquiring about the apartment, Mike has communicated quickly and efficiently, providing all the information we could possibly ask for, even suggesting a late check out for a small charge when he noticed the late time of our return flights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented, exactly as seen in the pictures. The welcome pack was a lovely touch - the PG tips went down so well with my partner, as did the wine with us both. Thank you! From landing in Alicante, getting the hire car and meeting Clive at the apartment to get the keys and a tour all within 2 hours meant we got off to a great start for our holiday. There were a couple of minor snags that the guys dealt with immediately - on the end of the phone or a text away, we couldn’t ask for better service. I can not recommend this team highly enough, and suffice to say, when we return to this area we will definitely be booking one of their properties. I have had my fair share of holidays, and this was by far the easiest to organise, so very enjoyable, and to be able to honestly write such a glowing review is a pleasure!

Mike was so helpfull with every aspect of our booking ! Even though we were traveling by boat my son was traveling by air mike rang me sounding worried because my son did not arrive at the time we thought ! We quickly sorted it and mike was there in no time to hand over the keys. Nice of him to do that because noone else would have bothered. The apartment was exceptional spotlessly clean fantastic location with beautiful view. All fully air condioned in all rooms. Perfectly positioned for busses, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. One small criticism the pool - but the sea is about 100 yards if that. We arrived and there was a lovely welcome pack. Thanks mike superb service. Lynda johnson

Second time we have stayed at Playa Mar 2. Ideally located in the heart of the Albir town. So close to the beach, bars and restaurants, just a short walk from Consum supermarket. There is even a small shop next door to the estate agents. We had a party of six females for a special birthday party, that apartment is ideal for up to six guests, we did not use the swimming pool this time as it was a tad too cold to use yet-but is lovely. The apartment has two bathrooms, the double room has an en-suite which is ideal. There is a six seater dining table and chair but also has a massive covered balcony with amazing views of the beach and sunsets. We have flown home today and the deposit - minus the electric costs, are already refunded into our bank account - thank you Mike we will be back again. Sheran and Pat

Had a great holiday in September like home from home which is what is required for a longer stay. Spotlessly clean, however I do think the rug in the living room needs cleaning or replaced. The noise level has been improved because of double glazing but the double bed in front bedroom is quite uncomfortable. Anything else I cannot fault - change of towels and bedding each week and we were made up with the welcome pack! So generous really enjoyed our stay which is why we have booked again for next year as the views are to die for. June

Thank you Mike for allowing us to stay at this wonderful apartment in ALbir. I have to say everything was as described. This is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment and it has a separate kitchen and living room - so there is plenty of room. The balcony is big with beautiful views of the sea. It was great having wifi and television - but we did not watch that much of it - we were too busy out enjoying ourselves. The apartment is spotless clean and thank you for the welcome pack on arrival. The pool is lovely - it was nice to get in and cool down. The apartment is central to everything - beach just across the road and local supermarket consum 5 minutes walk. There is plenty of bars and cafes around too. Booking with Mike was simple and straightforward. We really enjoyed our stay here and would have no problem in booking again! Once again thanks for everything we had a great time.

Just returned from our family holiday at Playamar II. Had a really lovely time. Fantastic accommodation. Everything we needed and furnished to a very high standard. Lovely situation within minutes walk of the beach. Mike extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Lovely spacious apartment, everything it looked like on the pictures. Could not fault it at all. The only thing I would say is if you hire a car and use the garage do not hire any car too big as it is quite a tight fit parking. The noise situation did not really bother us at all as the triple glazing fitted did cut out a lot of the noise. The windows on the balcony do lift out but it maybe a bit tricky for some people. We did not really use the pool as there are not any sun beds but the beach was only a few minutes away. If I was to nit pick the blind in the second bedroom was broken which Mike knew about and assured me he was in the process of sorting. Would definitely would recommend staying here. Thanks Mike.

We have stayed in Abir several times and this is the best apartment by far. Beautiful view, all home comforts including English tv, comfy seating and beds, great balcony which gets the sun in the morning but is still very warm throughout the day. The windows on the balcony fold back completely which was brilliant. The apartment is in the centre of Albir with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. A lovely surprise was the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, wine and biscuits so we didnt have to go shopping on our arrival. There were also small packs of shampoo, shower gel and hand and body lotion. The apartment was spotless and we will definitely return. Thank you Mike.
