We have tried to make our booking process as simple as possible. This can either be done on-line following the below instructions, or alternatively you can call us on our UK number: 0121 285 1025 or if you are in Spain you can call: 626 531 485.

Step One

Find the property you are interested in booking using our search facility located on our home page or use the links at the top of the page (Benidorm, Albir, Benalmadena) to selecting the property directly.

Find the "Request More Information" section and let us know the dates you require, along with the number of guests, your full name, your email and a short message. Click on "Request Quote" and we aim to reply to your enquiry within two hours - in most cases we will get back to you immediately as long as it's within office hours.

Step Two

If the property is available for the dates you've requested, then we will email you a quote which will include the rental price, the refundable security deposit, the required "Reservation Deposit" to secure your booking and instructions on how you can complete our online BOOKING REQUEST FORM.

If the property is UNAVAILABLE, then we will give you alternatives if we have availability in any of our other properties.

Step Three

As mentioned above, we require you to complete our Online Booking Request Form to process your booking. The personal information we "require" at this stage are your Full Name, your Home Address and a contact number. Optionally you can let us have your flight details if you know them. You will also need to accept our Terms & Conditions which you can find by clicking here.

Step Four

Once we receive your Booking Request Form, we will email you the details on how you can make payment. A 25% or £99 NON-REFUNDABLE "Reservation Deposit" is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance together with the security deposit being due six weeks before the arrival date. If you booking is less than six weeks away, then we would require payment in FULL.

Step Five

Once payment has been received, you will email you your "BOOKING CONFIRMATION".
Six weeks prior to your arrival we will send you a "Balance Due" reminder via email and once the final balance is paid we will issue you with your "BOOKING VOUCHER" which will contain important information about what to do when you arrive into resort along with relevant contact telephone numbers should you have an problems whilst in resort.
