The La Siesta 31 has TWO single beds in the TWIN bedroom and with the use of the double Sofa Bed in the lounge, can cater for up-to 4 guests. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has air conditioning providing hot and cold air. The kitchen has a Hob, Convection Microwave and Fridge Freezer - all electric, so no need for gas bottles. UK television and WiFi are available at no extra charge. All bed linen, towels, and tea-towels are provided with a laundry service for stays over 10 nights. Situated on the First floor it is in easy walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, bars, etc. The terrace area being south facing, gets the sun most of the day. Please Note: The Outdoor Swimming Pool opens from Mid June until Mid September.

The apartment is well located for the new town area of Benidorm, the beach and main strip are about 10 minutes away but there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops within a few minutes walk. The accommodation itself is ideal for a self catering holiday having all the facilities that you would require for cooking and washing etc. everything is of a good standard regarding furnishings, utensils etc the wi fi is excellent and reliable and there is a very good selection of uk channels on the tv. As for BHL itself I found them to be very efficient and professional in all my dealings with them. I have only once had to deal with a problem. My fault entirely as I had lost a set of keys. Someone found them and contacted Mike who then returned them to me as quickly as he could without any fuss on his part who I am sure had better things to do with his time. I would certainly recommend using this company for your stay in Benidorm it is a family run concern and they genuinely want your holiday to go well unlike some of the big groups who only want your money. You wont in my option be disappointed

Had a fantastic stay at La Siesta 31 for 12 nights me and my husband. The apartment has everything you need it is very comfortable, very clean. The balcony was lovely to sit out on especially early evening. Mike was amazing he was not there when we arrived but however that did not matter as I called him and he gave me the lock pin so we could let ourselves in, came after a few days to change the linen. We are looking at booking again for next July but even thinking of going for a few nights in April. Thank you so much Mike, highly recommended.

I have stayed in the la siesta complex many times but this was my 1st time in la siesta 31 and i could not fault it. The terrace is a sun trap. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Uk television channels too. All communication with Mike was straight forward (as always). All in all a great stay.

Being retired couple, this is the type of holiday we prefer, No rushing around watching the clock, go where you want, when you want, just take your time, only obstical you have is you. The apartment has all you require for self catering, but if you prefer restaurants and drinks it is five minutes down the road, if you require all night partying and wild nights, it is not for you. Site has Spanish and foreign nationals living on permanent basis, but we loved it , and Beach is only ten minutes away on a slow walk.

Just back from a two week stay at these apartments . What can i say brilliant it was like staying at home inside the apartment. You had everything you needed as if you were still at home. My only downfall was the pool area as no sun loungers are allowed in pool area and thats what i loved to do on holiday is sunbathe . But just bought a lounger from the wee Chinese shop down the road and put it on the balcony to sunbathe which believe me is a wee sun trap did the trick cant wait to book up for next year again.

Had a lovely time at this very quite and peaceful apartment. The only downside was the bedroom is a bit small. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay. Lovely to go back to a quite place after being amongst the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The apartment had everything you could need, like home from home, very clean, and secure. Would highly recommend, been with this company before and will no doubt go again.
