The Playmon Park 13-5 has a Double bedroom and is tastefully decorated. Situated on the 13th floor it is served by three lifts. Use of the Sofa Bed allows sleeping arrangements for up-to 4 (ideally 2 adults + 2 kids). The kitchen has a Hob, Convection Microwave and Fridge Freezer - all electric, so no need for gas bottles. UK television and WiFi are available at no extra charge. All bed linen, towels, and tea-towels are provided with a laundry service for stays over 10 nights. The apartment is within walking distance of all amenities, supermarkets, beach, shops, pubs, clubs, bars and theme parks. A local bus stop is situated just outside the complex.

Just like to thank Mike and his team for a stress full christmas break, apartment was immaculate with all you would need for a home from home. We will definitely be using them again.

This little appartment had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Mike was great too, nothing was a problem. The communication is brilliant. We felt really secure with the main doors and gate only accessible with a key. We would definitely recommend it. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your property

Another amazing stay with Benidormholidaylettings. We have now stayed in each of Mikes Playmon properties, each one of a very high standard, cleanliness first class, everything you could want is supplied, English tv, WiFi, bedding, towels, I could go on but list is endless and one of the great things is any problems are dealt with by Mike very efficiently and promptly. We have stayed with this company for a few years now and would not stay anywhere else, I would recommend this company 100%
